I am currently accepting new clients. I see clients in person and can arrange hybrid counseling upon request (in-person and teletherapy). We will work together to gain insight to current life patterns concerning thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. We will collaborate to help you develop coping skills for difficult situations. I will help you identify and leverage your strengths and provide support to increase resilience. I can provide a wide range of counseling services.
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 -Trauma including medical, sexual, physical. Marriage / relationship therapy – Clinical Foundations in Gottman relationships Level 1 & 2. Military – Tier 1 Military Culture and Deployment to better understand military families. Chronic illness to feel heard and reduce anxiety.
