On a personal note, I enjoy sailing around Lake Erie and spending time with my husband and four sons. I love reading, traveling, kayaking, hiking, and learning new things. In addition to my Labradoodle, Sailor, I also have a Goldendoodle named Abby and a blue and gold macaw named Edgar. Meet Sailor With the help of my dog, Sailor, I offer animal assisted therapy. Research has shown that animals help people feel calmer and reduce anxiety. Sailor is an emotional support animal, whose job is to make the therapy process a little easier. Sailor is new to the therapy dog profession. She has recently taken over the job from my other dog, Abby, who has developed some health problems that have made it difficult for her to come to work. Sailor has been quick to learn the basics of being a therapy dog and seems to enjoy her job. Sailor is a 2 year old Labradoodle. She enjoys spending time with her family, wrestling with her adopted sister, Abby, taking hikes in the woods, and carrying around her favorite toys. Sailor is a little more shy than Abby, but she is very friendly and loves helping people.
