Jarhal Duncan, MSW, LISW, is a Dayton Ohio native. He is passionate about the worlds of Mental Health, Urban Art, and Strengthening Communities through Nonprofits. Jarhal uses a unique way of combining these worlds to impact individuals and their communities in which they live. My vision-to create an environment where we strengthen the way both individuals and communities view themselves, and empower them with the mind and tool sets to make lasting positive change.
